Refund & Return Policy

At Gleecycle USA, we stand behind the quality of our electric bikes and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy outlines your right to return items and request refunds.

1. Standard Returns

Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unridden, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • Odometer reading on the e-bike must be under 10 miles.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and tools included.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

3. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@gleecyclebike.shop.

4. Sale Items and Exclusions

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, clearance items, gift cards, and personalized or custom-ordered products cannot be refunded.

5. Defective Products & Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to a defect, please email us immediately at support@gleecyclebike.shop with photos or videos of the issue.

Do not ship the item back without prior authorization from our support team. We will guide you through our specific warranty and exchange procedures to ensure you're taken care of.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of standard return shipping (and any original shipping fees) will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an expensive item (such as an e-bike), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
