1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We proudly ship from our USA local warehouses to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
- Standard Shipping (USA): Typically arrives within 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
* Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or carrier disruptions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Gleecycle USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For orders within the USA, standard state taxes may apply during checkout based on your location.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
Gleecycle USA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and reach out to our support team at support@gleecyclebike.shop so we can assist you through the process.
6. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
